David Hailwood
Mike and Pauline Hailwood’s grandson,
Michael David Hailwood Beltran was born in Malaga Spain
on the 27th January 2005 to Gloria Beltran and Dave
Hailwood.

After only one hour’s labour
(lucky girl) little Mike weighed in at 2.810 Kg.
Now at 19 months these are the first public photos
of the new Mike Hailwood.
With a Spanish mother and an English father,
Mike is learning to speak both languages and speaks
Spanish to Gloria and English to Dave and grandmother
Pauline, who spends a lot of time with him as
Dave and Gloria are working in the
‘Mike the Bike’
café-bar.

Dave is very much looking forward to teaching
him how to ride a motorbike, but meanwhile, Mike loves
anything with wheels, water, the moon and music.
We shall be updating photos and recording his progress
on this page periodically.
