MCN London Motorcycle Show - Mike Hailwood Tribute

The 2014 London Motorcycle Show was a very special event as it hosted a tribute to Mike ‘the bike’ Hailwood, some 35 years after Mike’s last TT win. The display included his Honda 250 six, Honda 350 four, Honda 500 four, 1978 Ducati 900SS, MV Agusta 250, Yamaha TZ750 (as seen in the movie ‘Take it to the limit). A Ford GT40 sportscar driven by Hailwood was also on display.

Memorabilia included: Miike's helmets, trophies, gloves, leathers, scrapbooks and other personal effects from the Hailwood family that are rarely seen in public.. Close friends and competitors of Mike were interviewed on the stage throughout the three day show.
