"Help
us to save lives"
Mike wrote the following young bikers road safety booklet
in New Zealand nearly 30 years ago.
Much of it is still relevant today and the advice can
save lives young and old.
So we are looking for a sponsor to revise and re-print
it so that it can be distributed to bike riders, especially
new riders, free of charge. An insurance company, a
government training scheme, a publishing company, anyone,
anywhere who cares.
It might save the life of someone you know.

This booklet was produced with Mike's help by the Accident
Compensation Corporation in New Zealand and is ideal
for anyone buying their first motorcycle. Although written
in the 1970's much of the content is still relevant
today. We have received permission from the ACC in New
Zealand to update it and it is currently being revised
by John Timmis and his colleagues of the Warwickshire
police for their "Bikesafe" programme. We
will bring you further news on this invaluable booklet
as soon as it becomes available.
